These terms set the conditions for using the MEPARK Ticket electronic parking ticket service provided by Mr. Park Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and clarify the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Service notice
Visitors can use the service with an electronic parking ticket (QR) alone, without signing up or installing an app. A mobile phone number provided for notifications is destroyed immediately after delivery and is not stored in the Company database. This English translation is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the MEPARK Ticket electronic parking ticket service and related services (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)
- “MEPARK Ticket” means the QR-based electronic parking ticket service operated by the Company (ticket.mepark.kr and related web and app services).
- “Electronic parking ticket” means a parking ticket in electronic form issued when a vehicle enters a parking facility and used to check parking records, settle fees and request vehicle retrieval.
- “Visitor” means a person who uses a parking facility operated by the Company or a partner venue and uses the Service through an electronic parking ticket without separate sign-up or app installation.
- “Venue” means a business that has contracted with the Company and operates its parking facility through MEPARK Ticket.
- “Workplace apps” means the dedicated applications used by parking operations staff (crew) and managers of the Company and venues to perform their work.

Article 3 (Publication, effect and amendment)
- The Company posts these terms on the Service screen or the Company website (mepark.kr) so that users can easily review them.
- The Company may amend these terms to the extent permitted by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.
- When amending these terms, the Company announces the effective date and the reason for the amendment at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days before if the change is unfavorable to users.

Article 4 (Matters not provided for)
Matters not provided for in these terms are governed by applicable laws or commercial practice. Location information is governed by the separate Location Information Terms, and personal information by the Privacy Policy.
CHAPTER 2. USE OF THE SERVICE

Article 5 (Services)
The Company provides the following services:
- issuance and viewing of electronic parking tickets (QR-based);
- calculation of parking fees and electronic payment;
- Kakao notification messages for entry and settlement;
- convenience features such as vehicle retrieval requests;
- venue-specific additional services such as monthly parking; and
- other parking-related services determined by the Company.

Article 6 (Use by visitors)
- Visitors may use the Service through an electronic parking ticket (QR) without separate sign-up, app installation or login.
- An electronic parking ticket is issued at entry, and the visitor can check the parking record for their vehicle and settle the fee through the issued link or QR.
- A mobile phone number provided by a visitor for notification messages is destroyed immediately after the purpose of delivery is fulfilled and is not stored in the Company database (only a masked delivery log is kept). Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Fees, payment and refunds)
- Parking fees are calculated under the fee policy set by each venue and displayed on the electronic parking ticket screen.
- Payment is made through the electronic payment methods provided by the Company, and a payment gateway (PG) provider may be used to process electronic payments.
- Refunds for mistaken or duplicate payments are handled under applicable laws and the venue’s operating policy. Visitors may request a refund at the venue or through the Company’s customer line (1899-1871).

Article 8 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
- The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and gives advance notice of material changes.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:
- routine system inspection, expansion or replacement;
- force majeure such as a natural disaster, power outage or suspension of a telecommunications provider’s service; or
- other circumstances that make normal service provision impossible.
- In the cases under paragraph 2, the Company gives notice in advance or afterward, and is not liable for resulting damage in the absence of intent or gross negligence.
CHAPTER 3. USER OBLIGATIONS

Article 9 (Visitor obligations)
- Visitors must accurately provide the information needed to use the Service, such as the vehicle license plate number.
- Visitors must not use another person’s electronic parking ticket without authorization or evade fee settlement by improper means.

Article 10 (Prohibited conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- interfering with the normal operation of the Service;
- forging, altering or improperly using an electronic parking ticket or QR code;
- infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation or credit of the Company or a third party; or
- conduct that violates applicable laws.

Article 11 (Use of workplace apps)
Eligibility to use the workplace apps, account management and work-related compliance are governed by the Company’s internal regulations and employment (or service) contracts. These terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with those regulations.
CHAPTER 4. MISCELLANEOUS

Article 12 (Intellectual property)
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and in content created by the Company within the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from such content without the Company’s prior consent.

Article 13 (Protection of personal information)
- The Company endeavors to protect users’ personal information as required by applicable laws, and the processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
- As a rule, the Company does not store visitors’ mobile phone numbers in its database and does not collect location information from visitors.

Article 14 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company is not liable for service disruption caused by a natural disaster, force majeure or circumstances attributable to the user.
- Responsibility for vehicle management and incident handling within a parking facility is governed by the relationship between the venue and the visitor and by applicable laws.

Article 15 (Damages)
If the Company or a user violates these terms and causes damage to the other party, the violating party is liable for that damage, except where it proves the absence of intent or negligence.

Article 16 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
- These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with the Service, the parties will consult in good faith to resolve it; failing that, either party may bring an action before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
